This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.

Administer, automate, and support the enterprise DDI platform using CygnaLabs IPControl. This involves ensuring reliable IP allocation, DNS resolution, DHCP services, and network automation.

Manage and maintain the IPControl infrastructure, administering DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services. Responsibilities include creating IP blocks, subnets, DHCP scopes, reservations, and DNS zones, alongside monitoring IP address utilization and forecasting capacity.

Configure and manage load balancers, including F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC, HAProxy, and NGINX. This encompasses implementing L4/L7 load balancing, configuring virtual servers, pools, health monitors, and SSL offloading to optimize traffic distribution and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Support multi-cloud environments and leverage automation tools, APIs, and scripting to streamline network operations and enhance service reliability.

A strong understanding of DDI services including DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management is essential. Experience with CygnaLabs IPControl is highly preferred.

Proficiency in configuring and managing load balancing solutions such as F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM) and Citrix ADC (NetScaler) is required. Familiarity with HAProxy or NGINX is a plus.

Skills in network automation, API integration, and scripting are necessary to improve operational efficiency and streamline provisioning processes.

Experience supporting DNS and DHCP services across various platforms, including Microsoft DNS/DHCP, ISC/Kea, BIND, and cloud DNS, is beneficial. The ability to troubleshoot production incidents affecting these services is critical.
