As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our U.S. and Canada Immigration teams by preparing immigration cases. This involves mastering immigration processing categories and legal requirements for various work and permanent resident visas. You will leverage available resources to draft comprehensive petition packages, meticulously revising them to meet legal standards and case specifics. Ensuring accurate document filing in virtual workspaces and optimizing the efficiency of the immigration group through technology are key responsibilities. You will also liaise regularly with EY's international support teams and contribute to team development through timely reporting and understanding project metrics.

To excel in this role, a Law degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience are essential. Professional proficiency in English, including a strong command of grammar, style, and punctuation, is required, alongside excellent legal research, writing, and organizational abilities.
