Analyze end-to-end logistics, warehouse, and transportation processes, including WMS, TMS, Inventory Management, and Distribution.

Gather and document detailed business requirements for ERP implementations.

Participate actively in ERP implementation, transformation, and support projects, conducting Fit-Gap analyses and recommending best practices.

Configure and validate ERP modules, support business process mapping, testing, user training, and change management activities.

Collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to deliver successful client solutions.

Possess 3 to 7 years of direct experience in Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse Management, or broader Supply Chain operations.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of functional areas such as WMS, TMS, Inventory Management, Freight Planning, Distribution, Order Fulfillment, 3PL Integration, Route Optimization, and Reverse Logistics.
