We are seeking a dedicated LabWare Developer to enhance laboratory and quality management systems. Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancements of LabWare LIMS/ELN/LES solutions. This involves translating business and laboratory needs into robust, scalable designs, including master data, workflows, calculations, automation scripts, and integrations.

Configure and provide support for key modules such as Sample Lifecycle Management, Lot Management, Message Engine, and instrument integrations to optimize laboratory operations. You will also drive initiatives for compliance, data migration, validation, and continuous improvement, working collaboratively within Agile delivery teams.

This role requires 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in LabWare LIMS/ELN/LES implementation, configuration, customization, and support. Proficiency in LIMS Basic Scripting, MethEX Module, Master Data Management, Calculations, Automation Scripts, and Message Engine is essential.

Demonstrated experience with Sample Lifecycle Management, Lot Management, Analysis Configuration, and Product/Project Setup is crucial. Familiarity with Crystal Reports, Query Tags, Access Routines, Instrument Integration, Data Migration, and System Interfaces is also required. Strong professional skills in Agile Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving, Communication, and Cross-Functional Collaboration are key to success.
