This Lab Technician role focuses on supporting comprehensive software, firmware, and product testing and validation. You will collaborate with the Lab Lead on lab infrastructure development and design.

Key responsibilities include building, configuring, and maintaining lab systems and test environments under the guidance of the Lab Lead. You will execute end-to-end test plans for software, firmware, and products, meticulously documenting results. This role involves supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows and Android, along with enterprise AV endpoints. Device provisioning and resets using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot are also crucial. You'll monitor device health, troubleshoot defects, and maintain lab inventory, including assets, firmware, and software baselines. Assisting with lab build-outs, connectivity checks, and safe equipment handling is expected. You will also coordinate with engineering and support teams, adhering to lab security protocols, and contributing to test scripts and operating procedures.

We are seeking a candidate with a technical diploma, degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in AV, IT, or electronics. Essential attributes include strong troubleshooting skills, a structured approach to testing and documentation, and effective written and verbal communication in English. The ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to safe working practices are vital. A customer-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies are highly valued.
