As a Techno-Functional Testing Manager in our Tech Consulting practice, you'll lead critical testing efforts within the Life and Annuities insurance domain. This role offers the opportunity to shape testing strategies, ensure high-quality delivery, and contribute to impactful projects for a diverse clientele.

You will be instrumental in developing comprehensive test strategies, detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts aligned with project requirements. Your responsibilities include executing functional and regression test cases, meticulously reporting defects, and driving their resolution through the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Engaging in review and walkthrough meetings to ensure alignment and quality will be a key part of your role.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years in Life and Annuities functional testing. Expertise in Agile SCRUM methodology, a deep understanding of various Annuities and Life LOBs (including Index-linked, fixed, variable, term, universal, and whole life), and extensive experience with Life and Annuities industry COTS technology platforms are essential. A strong grasp of the end-to-end functional value chain, from illustration to claims administration, is also required. Experience with ETL/Conversion/Rating and a proven track record in automation and/or AI testing are crucial. Basic coding knowledge and familiarity with DevOps integrated automation are beneficial.
