This role focuses on L&A (Life and Annuities) Insurance Functional Testing within our Tech Consulting practice.

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Testing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies. You will be instrumental in developing test plans, scenarios, and scripts, ensuring the quality and integrity of insurance solutions.

As a Techno-Functional Testing Manager, you will spearhead the creation of test strategies, detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts aligned with project requirements. Your role involves executing functional and regression test cases, meticulously reporting defects in tracking tools, and ensuring their resolution through the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). You will actively participate in review and walkthrough meetings, contributing to the overall success of the testing process.

To excel in this role, a strong foundation in Life and Annuities functional testing is essential, ideally with 15+ years of dedicated experience. Expertise in various Annuities and Life LOBs, including index-linked, fixed, variable, and universal life products, is critical. Proficiency across Life and Annuities industry COTS technology platforms and end-to-end domain expertise from illustration to claims administration is a must. Experience with ETL, data conversion, rating, and automation/AI testing is required. Familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodologies and PMP/PRINCE II certifications are highly beneficial.
