As a Techno-Functional Testing Manager within EY's Tech Consulting practice, you will lead the charge in developing comprehensive test strategies and executing functional testing for Life and Annuities insurance solutions.

Develop and maintain robust test strategies, detailed test plans, and effective test scenarios and scripts aligned with project requirements. Execute functional and regression test cases meticulously, reporting defects in tracking tools and ensuring their resolution through the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Actively participate in review and walkthrough meetings, contributing to the overall quality assurance process. Drive the implementation of automation frameworks and contribute to CI/CD processes.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years in Life and Annuities functional testing, ideally possessing a BE, BTech, MCA, or M.Sc. degree. A strong understanding of Agile SCRUM methodology, expertise in various L&A sub-domains (e.g., Index-linked, Fixed/Variable Annuities, Term Life, Universal Life), and hands-on experience with COTS technology platforms are essential. Proficiency in ETL/Conversion/Rating, Automation/AI testing, and end-to-end domain knowledge from Illustration to claims administration are crucial. Experience with automation tools like Selenium and Java, along with exposure to CI/CD and DevOps, is expected.
