As a hands-on Team Lead, you will oversee and guide support operations, ensuring the resolution of complex technical issues and maintaining service level agreements. You'll investigate and drive support resolutions, acting as the primary escalation point for critical incidents. Key responsibilities include managing daily team operations, troubleshooting intricate problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for staff scheduling, client communication, process adherence, and mentoring junior team members to foster continuous improvement and enhance client experience.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 to 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in team leadership within a support setting. Essential technical skills include working knowledge of Java, Kubernetes, and front-end technologies like REACT, alongside extensive experience with SDLC tools such as CVS, SVN, GIT, Maven, GITLAB, Docker, and Jenkins. Familiarity with LINUX system platforms and automation scripting (Shell, Python, Perl) is crucial. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools is highly valued. While AWS knowledge is advantageous, a proven ability to troubleshoot, resolve complex issues, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders is paramount.
