Join EY as a Learning Deployment Specialist within the Talent Development team. This role is crucial for managing the successful deployment of courses and learning initiatives across the organization. You will oversee the entire deployment lifecycle, manage learning budgets, and ensure compliance and attendance.

Key responsibilities include developing course schedules, managing content publication in SuccessFactors, and supporting the end-to-end execution of learning deployment plans and budgets.

You will also manage participant nominations, cancellations, and rescheduled sessions, acting as the primary point of contact for course-related inquiries. Preparing facilitators, overseeing deployment administration activities, and maintaining SharePoint sites for learning resources are also vital tasks.

Additional duties involve supporting online module production, providing on-site learning support when needed, driving operational excellence through adherence to the Learning Deployment Operating Model, and contributing to the generation of innovative networking elements within virtual learning programs.

Financial management duties include supporting course/project budgets, accruals, forecasts, and actual costs, as well as assisting with monthly/annual finance requests. Building and maintaining strong relationships with onshore, offshore, and Deployment Administration teams, while coaching and supporting them, is essential.

You will also measure learning effectiveness by analyzing L1-L3 evaluation feedback and reporting on course consumption and satisfaction. Continuous improvement is fostered through documenting lessons learned, refining deployment processes, staying updated on SuccessFactors, and generating new ideas.

Team contributions include supporting broader Talent Development projects and assisting with the induction of new team members.

Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers with a solutions-oriented mindset, flexible enough to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks. Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), is essential, with an upcoming assessment to evaluate your knowledge.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels. You should be a strong team player with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude, capable of coordinating efforts effectively.

Commercial acumen, business awareness, and a commitment to delivering quality services are expected. Experience in stakeholder management and business consulting is beneficial, as is the ability to engage and influence others while demonstrating strong change management skills.

Expertise in curating and maintaining knowledge resources, including documentation and SharePoint sites, is key. Establishing and managing key stakeholder relationships, including with external vendors, is also a requirement.
