You'll play a vital role in ensuring consistent, high-quality program delivery.

Key responsibilities include building course schedules, managing the submission of offerings and content publication, and supporting the complete execution of learning course deployment plans. You'll handle participant nominations, cancellations, and missed sessions, acting as the primary contact for course-related queries. This role also involves preparing facilitators, overseeing administrative tasks, maintaining SharePoint sites, and supporting online module production. You'll also be instrumental in realizing operational excellence by adhering to the Learning Deployment Operating Model and generating innovative ideas for virtual learning programs.

To excel in this role, you need strong project management skills for seamless task execution and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, is a must, with a test to assess your knowledge. Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, and generative AI tools is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills are vital for effective stakeholder engagement.
