This role is pivotal in coordinating the end-to-end deployment of learning programs and projects for EY teams globally. You will be instrumental in ensuring a consistent, high-quality learner experience by managing schedules, system setups, logistics, budgets, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our learning initiatives and foster a better working world.

Key responsibilities include building initial course schedules, managing content publication in SuccessFactors, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of learning course deployment plans and budgets. You will also manage participant nominations, cancellations, and queries, acting as the primary point of contact. Preparing facilitators, maintaining SharePoint sites, supporting online modules, and acting as a Virtual Producer are also core duties. You will drive operational excellence, generate innovative ideas for virtual learning, manage venue and accommodation bookings, and ensure CE credits are awarded. Financial management, including budget support and finance activities, is essential. Building strong stakeholder relationships with onshore, offshore, and administrative teams is crucial for successful deployment. Measuring learning effectiveness through feedback analysis and contributing to continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and refining processes are also key aspects of the role.

To excel in this role, you will need strong project management skills for seamless portfolio task execution. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and flexibility to manage changing priorities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) is required, with a test to assess knowledge. Experience with Power BI and PowerApps, along with an openness to AI, is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills are vital for effective stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels. A strong team-player attitude with an enthusiastic, can-do approach is highly valued. Commercial acumen, business awareness, and a commitment to delivering quality services are expected. The ability to quickly learn new processes and skills, adapt to change, and engage/influence others with strong change management abilities will set you apart. Experience in curating knowledge resources and managing key stakeholder relationships, including external vendors, is necessary. Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and effective prompting to enhance efficiency and learner experience is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline, with prior experience in learning deployment, program coordination, or a professional services environment, is essential. Training or certification in producing virtual sessions (Teams, Zoom, Webex) is highly desirable. Flexibility to work European Time Zone business hours and adjust schedules for peak demand is also required.
