You will oversee instructional designers, developers, and other creative professionals, coordinating their efforts to meet EY's design quality benchmarks.

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering impactful learning solutions that align with EY's strategic objectives. Your role is crucial in ensuring that learning products not only meet but exceed expectations, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Develop detailed project plans using standard templates and manage scope, budget, and timeline changes effectively. Oversee the progress of key learning deliverables, from initial analysis and design specifications to storyboards, e-learning modules, and pilot programs.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including senior leadership and learning consultants, proactively identifying and escalating any challenges that could impact project outcomes. Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors, including drafting Statements of Work and ensuring adherence to EY's design standards.

Facilitate project meetings, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and leverage best practices in project management. Ensure the timely publication of learning content and measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques. Conduct thorough handover activities upon project completion.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for higher professional or Master's qualifications. You should possess over 12 years of experience in the learning domain or a related field with a strong project management background.

Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale learning and development projects, including vendor management and diverse delivery channels, is essential. Proficiency with project management software like Microsoft Excel or Project, coupled with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, is expected.

Experience in managing change initiatives within global, matrix organizations, alongside strategic and commercial thinking, is crucial. The ability to thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments and deliver results is also a key requirement. Familiarity with learning technology, talent systems, and emerging AI tools for project management is advantageous.
