Join EY as a Learning Deployment Specialist, a contract role focusing on coordinating the end-to-end deployment of learning programs and projects globally. You'll manage schedules, system setup, logistics, budgets, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring a high-quality learner experience.

This opportunity is within the GDS Talent Services - L&D Hub, supporting EY teams across various regions and time zones. You will play a crucial role in delivering consistent and effective learning solutions.

Key responsibilities include building course schedules, managing learning system content publishing, and overseeing the execution of learning course deployment plans and budgets.

You will coordinate training material arrangements, monitor participant nominations, and manage cancellations and missed sessions. Serving as the primary point of contact for course-related queries, you'll also prepare facilitators and provide oversight for administrative activities.

Maintain SharePoint sites with relevant content and joining instructions. Support the hosting and production of online modules, webcasts, and virtual learning projects, advising on best practices for virtual classroom interactivity. You will also act as a Virtual Producer when needed, ensuring operational excellence by adhering to the Learning Deployment Operating Model.

Additional duties involve generating ideas for networking elements in virtual programs, venue and accommodation booking for residential courses, and ensuring CE credits are awarded. You'll also support broader projects within the Talent Development functions.

To excel in this role, strong project management skills are essential for seamless task execution. A proactive problem-solving approach with a solutions-oriented mindset is key, along with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) is mandatory, with a test to assess knowledge. Experience with Power BI, PowerApps, and a willingness to learn AI tools are preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Prior experience in learning deployment, program coordination, or a strong interest in developing a career in learning is necessary. Experience within professional services or corporate environments, working across international and diverse teams, is also required. Training or certification in producing virtual sessions (Teams, Zoom, Webex) is highly desirable. Flexibility to work European Time Zone business hours and adjust schedules for peak demand is essential.
