You will be responsible for supporting multi-country APAC banking operations, including expertise in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, India, China, and Korea. Familiarity with SWIFT connectivity models and bank onboarding processes is crucial. A solid understanding of treasury operations, encompassing cash positioning, bank account management, and payment controls, is expected.

Additionally, you will manage ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira and oversee formal change/release management procedures. This involves robust integration troubleshooting and structured problem-solving to maintain system integrity.

Key competencies include exceptional integration troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills. You must excel in stakeholder management across Treasury, AP, IT, and banking partners. A strong discipline in documentation, including ICDs, runbooks, and test evidence, is essential.

We require excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-time-zone coordination. A keen risk/control mindset for payment processes is paramount. Experience supporting multi-country APAC banking is a significant advantage.
