We are looking for experienced professionals at Senior 1, 2, and 3 levels to provide comprehensive support for TMS platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining system reliability, facilitating smooth payment processing, and upholding global banking standards. Collaborate closely with treasury, IT, and implementation teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Across all levels, you will contribute to the end-to-end implementation of leading TMS solutions like Kyriba, SAP, FIS Integrity, and FIS Quantum. This includes crucial phases such as requirement gathering, system configuration, rigorous testing, successful deployment, and robust post-go-live support. Drive the maintenance and support of TMS platforms, including managing upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting complex issues. Lead or actively contribute to the full lifecycle of TMS implementation projects for systems such as Kyriba, SAP, FIS Integrity, and FIS Quantum. Provide essential support for system configuration, thorough documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution. Take ownership of functional configurations, spearhead integration efforts, and coordinate effectively with banking partners and internal IT departments. Manage master data, including bank accounts, counterparties, and corporate entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Configure and meticulously monitor payment workflows to guarantee secure, efficient, and compliant processing. Establish and maintain robust bank connectivity through SWIFT FIN/FileAct, Host to Host, SFTP, and API integrations. Integrate bank statements (CAMT05X, MT94X, BAI2) with ERP and treasury systems to facilitate seamless reconciliation processes. Automate key financial processes using workflow tools and custom reporting scripts to enhance efficiency. Develop and present dashboards and operational reports vital for monitoring liquidity and overall performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of incidents. Document all processes and system changes to ensure compliance, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support ongoing system evolution. Support the onboarding of new entities onto the TMS platforms and actively participate in UAT for system enhancements.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with at least one Treasury Management System (TMS) or Payment Hub platform, such as FIS Quantum, SAP, FIS Integrity, Kyriba, Trax, GTreasury, or Reval. Possess full-cycle implementation experience for at least one of the following specific areas: - Kyriba: Cash, Payments, Connectivity, Accounting modules - SAP: Cash Management, Bank Account Management (BAM), In House Cash, Payment Formats/DMEE, Bank Statement integration (MT940/BAI2), and ERP TMS connectivity - FIS Integrity: Payment hub configuration, bank mapping, and integration with ERP systems - FIS Quantum: Treasury modules, bank interfaces, deal capture, and risk workflows Exhibit a strong understanding of payment workflows, intricate banking integrations, and essential financial messaging standards. Show familiarity with SWIFT, ERP integration techniques, and various treasury systems. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science. Senior 1 level requires 3–5 years of experience with exposure to TMS implementation activities. Senior 2 level demands 5–8 years of experience, including module-level ownership in TMS implementations. Senior 3 level necessitates 8+ years of experience, encompassing full-cycle implementation leadership across Kyriba, Integrity, Quantum, or SAP.
