The Dual Message Authorization team seeks a passionate Software Engineer to advance our customer experience strategy. As a Software Engineer II, you will translate intricate system requirements into elegant designs and modular code. You will actively participate in requirements reviews and development cycles, monitoring resolutions and updating documentation.
Key responsibilities include enhancing development standards, processes, and methodologies. You will collaborate with other functions to develop and test requirements, and be an integral part of an Agile scrum team, contributing to story elaborations, design, coding, and code reviews to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Further duties involve working alongside software developers and domain experts to design, execute, and refine verification tests. You will also perform design and code reviews to elevate product quality and adhere to SDLC and STLC processes using quality management and Agile tools like ALM.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Essential technical expertise includes extensive experience in C and C++ on Unix, along with proficiency in socket programming, IPC, and shared memory.
Familiarity with unit test tools, static code analysis tools, and debuggers is required. While payment domain knowledge, specifically ISO 8583, is a significant advantage, experience in creating, executing, and analyzing functional tests based on requirements is also important.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills are crucial. We also value strong oral and written communication abilities and a proactive approach to finding simple solutions for complex problems. Adherence to corporate security policies and practices is mandatory.
