Execute performance tests using JMeter and other relevant tools to evaluate application performance under various load conditions. Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. Monitor application performance using Grafana and Datadog, and troubleshoot issues related to memory consumption. Collaborate with development and operations teams to address performance concerns and implement solutions. Conduct memory consumption analysis to ensure efficient resource utilization. Maintain clear and concise documentation of test plans, scenarios, and results. Adapt to a hybrid work model, ensuring seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Proven experience as a Performance Tester with a minimum of 6-9 years of hands-on experience. Strong proficiency in JMeter, Java, and SQL for performance testing and scripting. Familiarity with Linux commands and environment for testing and monitoring. Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Datadog is essential. Demonstrated ability in memory consumption analysis. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is required. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration. Flexibility to work the specified shift (10:30 AM to 8:30 PM) and adapt to client location requirements. Candidates must possess genuine and digitally signed Form16 for all employments and ensure all employment history is reflected in UAN/PPF statements. Immediate joiners with a notice period of 0-3 weeks are preferred.
