This role focuses on JDE Supply Chain/Distribution and Logistics solutions. You will act as a Lead Consultant or Consultant, working independently to bridge business needs with technical implementations. The position requires flexibility with shift work, specifically from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

Engage directly with business stakeholders to elicit and document detailed requirements through meetings and workshops. Develop comprehensive functional and data specifications, creating business process and data models. Lead integration testing by designing test plans, cases, and scenarios, meticulously documenting outcomes. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and identify/resolve root causes for issues. Collaborate with development and testing teams on unit and functional testing. Gain expertise in functional specifications, data migration, documentation, and setups for sales, procurement, inventory, and advanced pricing.

Manage menu creation and security configurations. Understanding of JIRA processes and EDI knowledge are considered advantageous. This role involves end-to-end functional consulting within the JDE ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with JDE is essential. Proficiency in JDE Inventory, Sales Order, Procurement, Advanced Pricing, and Transportation modules is mandatory. Strong functional and data requirement specification skills are needed, along with the ability to develop business process and data models. Experience in leading integration testing and supporting UAT is crucial. The ability to identify and fix root causes of issues is a key requirement.

Familiarity with menu creation, security, and JIRA processes is beneficial. While basic SQL and Oracle JDE certification are advantageous, they are not mandatory. Domain experience in Manufacturing is a plus. Excellent business communication skills, a proactive learning attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for achieving results are vital for success in this role.
