Implement and support JDE Supply Chain modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order, and Manufacturing. Gather comprehensive business requirements and develop detailed functional and technical specifications. Customize JDE applications, utilizing tools like UBEs, forms, and business functions. Provide robust L2/L3 support, effectively resolving production issues. Manage crucial aspects of integrations, data conversions, and reporting.

A minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in JDE Supply Chain Management is essential. Proven track record with at least one end-to-end implementation and subsequent support. Demonstrated expertise in JDE SCM modules and hands-on experience with JDE EnterpriseOne tools and OMW. Solid understanding of SQL and Oracle databases, along with deep knowledge of supply chain processes such as Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required, along with effective stakeholder coordination skills.
