Join NTT DATA as an Engineering Cyber, Disaster Recovery, Resiliency and Recovery Specialist. This role is pivotal in managing and validating resiliency, disaster recovery, and cyber recovery testing for critical applications across our Engineering and Business Units. You will contribute to developing policies, governance, standards, and testing frameworks to ensure robust business resilience and service continuity.

As a key member of our Technology Division, you will collaborate with various teams including Technology Infrastructure, Application Teams, Risk Management, and Business Units. Your efforts will directly support the planning and execution of vital technology resiliency events, such as Disaster Recovery and Cyber Recovery testing, Data Center failovers, and pandemic simulations.

Lead and coordinate disaster recovery, cyber recovery, and data center failover testing.

Engage with business units and application teams to enhance and validate recovery plans.

Define comprehensive test scopes, including dependencies and recovery order.

Support cyber recovery testing by validating team capabilities and recovery procedures.

Coordinate regulatory resiliency recovery tests, such as industry-wide exercises and MAS-guided events.

Maintain meticulous test documentation and evidence for governance and audit requirements.

Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) reviews to understand workflows and recovery needs.

Act as a trusted advisor on business resiliency, cyber recovery readiness, and risk mitigation strategies.

Drive process improvements through gap identification and opportunities for automation.

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.

Proven experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and Kubernetes is essential.

We are looking for a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in technology infrastructure, application support, resiliency, disaster recovery, cyber recovery, or technology risk domains.

Solid understanding of technology risk disciplines, including Information Security, Business Continuity, and Controls Monitoring, is necessary.

Familiarity with Disaster Recovery, Cyber Recovery procedures, and resiliency testing methodologies is expected.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills are crucial. Exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder management abilities are also key.
