Lead large-scale OpenShift and Kubernetes migration programs, ensuring successful, end-to-end delivery across multiple business lines. Develop comprehensive program plans, including roadmaps, release schedules, and deployment strategies. Effectively manage program health by tracking milestones, resources, and delivery progress against scope, quality, and timelines.

Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies through robust RAID management. Facilitate collaboration among technical stakeholders such as architects, platform teams, SREs, and security experts to resolve migration challenges. Drive executive reporting, providing clear dashboards, KPI tracking, and status updates to steering committees.

This permanent, full-time role requires 11-15 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years dedicated to Technical Project/Program Management. A strong background in back-end Java technologies is essential. Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale OpenShift, Kubernetes, cloud transformation, or application modernization initiatives is crucial.

Technical expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, containerization, cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, GitOps, application modernization, and enterprise integrations is highly valued. Exposure to treasury and capital markets will be a significant asset. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement through automation and DevOps practices.
