Lead large-scale IT delivery programs with geographically distributed teams, managing both onshore and offshore resources. Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using various methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid. Establish and manage medium-sized delivery teams (25+ members) across multiple projects or work streams. Ensure adherence to quality frameworks such as CMMI and manage diverse service offerings including application development, maintenance, re-engineering, and migration. Handle demanding senior stakeholders, particularly those based in North America, and demonstrate a consultative, solutions-oriented approach. Drive change initiatives and continuous improvement in delivery excellence and margin enhancement, while managing project financials and IT services contracts.

A minimum of 15-18 years of experience in IT delivery roles, with at least 4 years in program or Line of Business management. Must possess a strong background in the Financial Services industry. Proven experience in setting up and managing delivery teams of 25+ individuals. Extensive technical expertise in Java and Microservices, including proficiency with Java 17+, Spring Boot, OOPS, Multithreading, Design Patterns, and JPA. Familiarity with Message Oriented Middleware (JMS, ActiveMQ, Kafka, etc.) and architectural patterns is essential. Experience with Unit Testing, Maven, and various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Demonstrated experience managing delivery engagements with quality frameworks like CMMI. Strong commercial acumen, with high proficiency in effort/cost estimation, project financials, and IT services contracts. Excellent business communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot critical delivery issues and lead complex, high-risk projects. Experience managing leads/PMs in a matrix organization is required. Flexibility for short-term overseas travel as needed.
