Lead large, geographically distributed delivery teams (onshore and offshore) with a strong focus on Java and Angular technologies.

Manage program or LoB operations for 5+ years, ensuring seamless delivery across the full SDLC using various methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.

Oversee the setup of medium-sized delivery teams (50+ people) and manage multiple projects or work streams.

Ensure delivery excellence by adhering to quality frameworks such as CMMI and managing various service offerings, pricing models, and engagement models.

Effectively manage demanding senior stakeholders, primarily from US and Asian origins, and drive pre-sales efforts as a bid manager for large proposals and sales pitches.

A strong technical background with primary expertise in Java and Angular is essential.

Possess at least 12-15 years of IT industry experience in delivery roles, including 5+ years in program or LoB management with large, distributed teams.

Must have a Financial Services background, preferably with 5+ years of experience in Retail or Digital Banking, ideally within an IT consulting/services firm.

Demonstrate experience in setting up delivery teams of 50+ people and managing projects across the full SDLC with diverse methodologies.

Proven ability to manage delivery engagements with quality frameworks (e.g., CMMI), handle various service offerings, pricing, and engagement models.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills, with strong commercial acumen and proficiency in effort/cost estimation. Experience in managing senior stakeholders, driving pre-sales, and mining accounts is crucial. Must be consultative and solutions-oriented, with hands-on leadership experience on complex projects. Flexibility for occasional overseas travel is required.
