Lead and manage large, geographically distributed delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of projects within the financial services domain. Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using various methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.

Establish and scale delivery teams of 50+ individuals, organizing them across multiple projects and workstreams. Ensure delivery engagements adhere to quality frameworks like CMMI and manage various service offerings, pricing models, and engagement structures.

Cultivate strong relationships with demanding senior stakeholders in the US and Asia, acting as a consultative and solutions-oriented partner. Drive pre-sales efforts, manage proposals, and identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.

Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, proficiency in effort/cost estimation, and effective business communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. Lead change initiatives focused on delivery excellence and margin improvement.

A minimum of 12-15 years of IT industry experience in delivery roles is essential, with at least 5 years in program or Line of Business management. Significant experience managing large, geographically diverse teams (onshore and offshore) is required.

Possess a strong technical background, with primary expertise in Java and Angular. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services domain, preferably in Retail Banking or Digital Banking, is mandatory.

Proven experience in setting up medium-sized delivery teams (50+ people) and managing projects across the full SDLC. Familiarity with quality frameworks like CMMI and various engagement and pricing models is necessary.

Excellent business communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills are vital. Strong commercial acumen, including proficiency in effort/cost estimation and project financials, is expected. A consultative approach with a solutions-oriented mindset is key for success in this role. Flexibility for short-term overseas travel is also required.
