Lead large, geographically distributed delivery teams with a focus on program or LoB management, requiring at least 4 years of experience in this capacity. Establish and manage medium-sized delivery teams (25+ people) across multiple projects or work streams. Oversee the full SDLC lifecycle utilizing agile, iterative, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Ensure delivery adherence to quality frameworks like CMMI and manage various service offerings, pricing, and engagement models. Crucially, manage demanding senior stakeholders from North American clients, demonstrating consultative and solutions-oriented approaches. Troubleshoot critical delivery issues and drive change management for delivery excellence and margin improvement.

A minimum of 15-18 years of IT industry experience in delivery roles, with a strong emphasis on Java and Microservices. A solid financial services background is mandatory. Proven experience in setting up and managing delivery teams of 25+ people. Demonstrated project or program management experience across the full SDLC and various methodologies. Familiarity with quality frameworks like CMMI and diverse engagement models. Experience managing senior stakeholders in North America is essential. Strong commercial acumen, proficient in effort/cost estimation, with excellent business communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills. A deep understanding of project financials and IT services contracts is required. Hands-on leadership on complex and high-risk projects, coupled with outcomes-focused and people-centric leadership skills, is vital. Prior experience managing leads/PMs in a matrix organization and flexibility for short-term overseas travel is also necessary. Proficiency in Java 17 or latest, Springboot, OOPS Concepts, Java Multithreading, Design Patterns, Architecture Patterns, Design Principles, JPA, Unit Testing, Maven, and Message-Oriented Middleware (JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, ASB) is required.
