Define and lead enterprise application architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Drive strategic technical decisions for application modernization and cloud-native adoption. Architect distributed systems and API-driven platforms. Establish engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks. Lead engineering teams and foster collaboration across functions. Implement non-functional requirements like scalability, security, and disaster recovery. Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives. Design enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with leadership to align engineering with organizational strategy. Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.

This role requires strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. Proficiency in Data Structures, Multithreading, Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, JPA, Design Patterns, and Java 17+ is essential. Experience with messaging technologies like ActiveMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka (including KaaS and Connectors), RabbitMQ, and SQS is crucial. Familiarity with Git Hub and MS SQL is also required. Additional skills in CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git are beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical leadership, architectural design capabilities, and a commitment to engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
