As a Java Senior Engineer, you will design and develop robust enterprise applications utilizing Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. You will define API contracts and integration strategies for distributed systems.

Key duties include developing reusable backend components, optimizing application performance, and owning the end-to-end delivery of modules from design through to deployment readiness. You'll also conduct code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, and design event-driven architectures.

Further responsibilities involve driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting production issues with root cause analysis, and mentoring junior developers on best practices in modern Java development.

We are looking for a Java Senior Engineer with 5-8 years of experience. Essential skills include Java 8+, backend unit testing (JUnit), data structures, microservices with REST APIs, multithreading, concurrency, OOPS concepts, Hibernate, Kafka, Git Hub, Oracle, and design principles.

Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Security (JWT) is mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical ownership, collaborative abilities, and a drive for engineering excellence. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for resolving complex technical challenges.

Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is expected. Adaptability to evolving technologies and a commitment to continuous learning are key.
