Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Define robust API contracts and integration strategies for distributed systems. Create reusable backend components and enterprise services adhering to clean architecture and secure coding practices. Optimize application performance through various techniques including caching and JVM tuning. Own end-to-end module delivery, from design and development to testing and deployment. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and automation. Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable fixes. Mentor junior developers on advanced Java development techniques.

A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Java development is required. Proficiency in Backend Unit Testing (JUnit), Data Structures, Microservices with REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, and Java 17+ is essential. Experience with JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, MS SQL, and Spring Boot + Spring Security (JWT) is mandatory. Strong understanding of application performance optimization, including caching, asynchronous processing, and JVM tuning. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical ownership, analytical problem-solving skills, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
