As a Senior Engineer, you will design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. You'll define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems. Responsibilities include developing reusable backend components, optimizing application performance, and owning end-to-end module delivery from design to deployment readiness.

You will conduct code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design event-driven architectures. Additionally, you will drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring. Troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and mentoring junior developers are key aspects of this role. We encourage driving improvements in operational efficiency and implementing sustainable fixes for performance bottlenecks.

We are seeking experienced professionals with mandatory skills in Microservices, REST APIs, Java 17+, Hibernate, Spring Boot with Spring Security (Oauth), and SQS. Expertise in Core Java, Clean Architecture, and secure coding practices is essential.

Additional mandatory competencies include DevOps/Configuration Management (Docker, Kubernetes), Cloud (AWS SNS, SQS, Kinesis, Lambda, EventBridge, Fargate), Message Oriented Middleware (JMS, ActiveMQ, Kafka, etc.), CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Database (MS SQL), OOPS Concepts, Java Multithreading, and API Middleware knowledge (SOAP, REST).
