Design and develop robust enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Define API contracts and integration strategies for complex systems. Create reusable backend components and enterprise services with a focus on clean architecture and security. Optimize application performance through various techniques, including caching and database tuning. Take ownership of end-to-end module delivery, from design to deployment readiness. Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.

Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring. Troubleshoot production issues with detailed root cause analysis. Design event-driven architectures for enhanced system scalability and resilience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

This role requires 6-8 years of experience in Java development. Essential skills include Java 8+, backend unit testing with JUnit, data structures, microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, concurrency, OOPS concepts, Hibernate, Kafka, Gradle, Maven, Oracle, design patterns, and expertise in Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).
