Design and develop robust, scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Define clear API contracts and integration strategies for distributed systems. Create reusable backend components with clean architecture and secure coding practices.

Optimize application performance through advanced techniques like caching, asynchronous processing, and database tuning. Take ownership of end-to-end module delivery, from design and development to testing and deployment readiness. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication for enhanced scalability. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring for operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot production issues by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes. Mentor junior developers, sharing expertise in coding standards, debugging, and modern Java development practices.

A minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in Java development is required. Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs is essential.

Strong understanding of Data Structures, Backend Unit Testing (JUnit), Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Hibernate, and Java 8+ is mandatory. Experience with Kafka, Git, MS SQL, Design Patterns, and Spring Security with JWT is also required.

Familiarity with Linux is considered an additional asset. Demonstrating strong technical ownership, analytical problem-solving skills, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
