As a Senior Java Engineer, you will design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. You will define API contracts and integration strategies for robust systems, and create reusable backend components following clean architecture and secure coding practices. Optimization of application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, and JVM tuning is key. You will also own end-to-end module delivery, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key duties include designing event-driven architectures, improving CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring. You will troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and mentor junior developers in modern Java practices. Behavioral competencies include strong technical ownership, effective collaboration, driving engineering excellence, and applying analytical problem-solving skills.

This role requires proficiency in Java 17+, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring Security (OAuth), and SQS. You should possess strong technical ownership, excellent collaboration skills, and a drive for engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, and defect prevention. A proven ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical and production issues is essential.
