Architect and drive enterprise application strategy using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Lead critical technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

Design robust distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems. Establish engineering standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and secure development practices. Lead engineering teams and foster collaboration across functions.

Implement non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Conduct architecture reviews and lead modernization initiatives. Design and implement enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures.

Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering efforts with organizational strategy. Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native engineering, and containerization. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps.

We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer with a strong command of Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Expertise in designing scalable and secure applications is essential.

Candidates should be proficient in messaging technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, and ActiveMQ, as well as Azure Service Bus. A solid understanding of Data Structures, OOPS Concepts, Multithreading & Concurrency, and Design Patterns is required. Experience with JPA, MS SQL, and Git Hub is also necessary.

Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Jenkins, and Git is considered an advantage. This role demands strong technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and the ability to mentor teams.
