As a Senior Java Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. You will define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for sophisticated distributed systems. Crafting reusable backend components and enterprise services with a focus on clean architecture and secure coding practices is key. Performance optimization through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization will be part of your role.

Take ownership of end-to-end module delivery, encompassing design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness. Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best engineering practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication mechanisms to enhance system scalability and resilience. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to boost operational efficiency. Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks through detailed root cause analysis and implement lasting fixes. Mentor junior developers, guiding them in coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Java development. A strong command of Java 8+ is essential, alongside proficiency in backend unit testing frameworks like JUnit. Solid understanding of data structures, microservices architecture with REST APIs, multithreading and concurrency, OOPS concepts, JPA, Kafka, and Git Hub is required. Expertise in MS SQL and the Spring Boot framework, including Spring Security with JWT, is mandatory.
