Design and develop robust, scalable enterprise applications leveraging Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Define clear API contracts and integration strategies for distributed systems.

Create reusable backend components and enterprise services, adhering to clean architecture and secure coding standards. Optimize application performance through advanced techniques like caching, asynchronous processing, and database tuning.

Take full ownership of assigned modules, from design and development through testing and deployment readiness. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best engineering practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Design and implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication for enhanced system scalability and resilience.

Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring for greater operational efficiency. Troubleshoot production issues with detailed root cause analysis and implement lasting solutions. Mentor junior developers in modern Java practices and debugging.

Proficiency in Java 17+ and core Java development, coupled with expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Security, including OAuth.

Solid experience with Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and Hibernate for data persistence. Familiarity with SQS for messaging is essential.

Mandatory competencies include DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git), AWS services (SNS, SQS, Kinesis, Lambda, EventBridge, Fargate), and Message Oriented Middleware (JMS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka, ASB).

Experience with MS SQL databases and a strong understanding of OOPS concepts and Java Multithreading are required. Demonstrating strong technical ownership, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and adaptability is key.

Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions is expected. Experience with Git repositories like GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket is also required.
