Design and develop robust enterprise applications leveraging Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Define clear API contracts and integration strategies for distributed systems. Build reusable backend components and enterprise services adhering to clean architecture and secure coding practices.

Optimize application performance through advanced techniques like caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization. Take ownership of end-to-end module delivery, from design and development to testing support and deployment readiness. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best engineering practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication patterns to enhance system scalability and resilience. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to boost operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by conducting detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes. Mentor junior developers, sharing expertise in coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.

This role requires a Senior Engineer with 6-8 years of experience in Java development. Essential skills include Java 8+, Backend Unit Testing with JUnit, Data Structures, Microservices and REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Hibernate, Kafka, Git Hub, and Oracle.

Proficiency in Design Principles, Design Patterns, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT) is mandatory. You should be adept at designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, defining API contracts, and building reusable backend components.

Key responsibilities also involve optimizing application performance, owning end-to-end module delivery, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with event-driven architectures, CI/CD pipeline improvements, and production issue troubleshooting is expected. Mentoring junior developers is an integral part of this role.
