Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Define API contracts and integration strategies for distributed systems. Create reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding. Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, and database tuning. Own end-to-end module delivery, including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Design event-driven architectures for enhanced scalability and resilience. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring for operational efficiency. Troubleshoot production issues and mentor junior developers.

A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in Java development is required. Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture is essential. Experience with designing and developing scalable enterprise applications is expected. Strong understanding of backend unit testing (JUnit), data structures, multithreading, concurrency, OOPS concepts, and Java 17+ is mandatory.

Familiarity with JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, MS SQL, and Spring Security (JWT) is required. The role demands strong technical ownership, effective collaboration, and the ability to drive engineering excellence. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for resolving complex technical and production issues.
