Design and develop scalable enterprise applications utilizing Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems. Create reusable backend components and enterprise services adhering to clean architecture and secure coding practices. Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM adjustments. Take ownership of end-to-end module delivery, including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.

Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication mechanisms to enhance system scalability and resilience. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation for increased operational efficiency. Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks through detailed root cause analysis and implement lasting solutions. Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.

Adept at Java 8+, backend unit testing with JUnit, and proficient in data structures. Expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, multithreading, concurrency, and OOPS concepts is essential. Familiarity with JPA, Hibernate, Kafka, and Git/GitHub is required. Strong command of Spring Boot and Spring Security (JWT) is a must.

Additional valuable skills include AWS services such as S3, Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Auto Scaling, Load Balancing, and Amazon API Gateway. Knowledge of Docker fundamentals and Kubernetes (including Google Kubernetes Engine - GKE) is also beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical ownership, excellent collaboration skills, and a drive for engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, and defect prevention. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for resolving complex technical and production issues. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding risks, dependencies, and progress is expected.
