As a Senior Java Engineer, you will design and develop robust, high-performance Java applications leveraging Spring Boot and microservices. This includes defining API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems. You'll create reusable backend components with clean architecture and secure coding practices, while optimizing application performance through various techniques.

Your role will encompass end-to-end module ownership, from design and development to testing and deployment readiness. Conducting code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, and driving CI/CD pipeline improvements are also key. You will troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and mentor junior developers on best practices.

We are seeking experienced engineers proficient in Microservices, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Java 17+, Hibernate, and JPA. A strong understanding of OOPS concepts, Java Multithreading, Design Patterns, and API development (SOAP, REST) is essential.

Experience with DevOps tools like GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket, and build tools such as Maven is required. Familiarity with Oracle and PL/SQL Packages is also necessary. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical ownership, collaboration skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to engineering excellence and continuous learning.
