As a Lead, you will define and execute enterprise application architecture strategies using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability and security. You will lead strategic decisions on application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architecting distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems will be key.

Establish robust engineering standards, governance, and reusable frameworks. Drive the implementation of non-functional requirements and lead architecture reviews. Design and implement enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures, collaborating closely with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy. Promote DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices.

We are looking for candidates with 8-10 years of experience in Java development, specifically with Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), JPA, and Kafka. Expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, backend unit testing (JUnit), data structures, and OOPS concepts is mandatory.

Additional proficiency in Python programming is highly desirable. Strong technical leadership, the ability to drive architecture and solution design for scalable, secure, and maintainable applications, and experience building and mentoring high-performing teams are essential. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, are crucial for success.
