You will spearhead the development of high-performance backend applications and microservices tailored for telecom network management platforms. Working in close partnership with architects, product owners, QA, and operations teams, your focus will be on delivering secure, scalable, and resilient solutions for network monitoring, fault management, performance management, and service assurance.

Design, develop, and maintain robust enterprise applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Construct RESTful APIs and backend services for critical Telecom NMS/EMS and OSS platforms.

Implement event-driven applications with Apache Kafka to manage real-time data processing and network analytics.

Actively contribute to architecture discussions, solution design, and technical reviews.

Integrate applications seamlessly with network elements, inventory systems, OSS platforms, and third-party telecom applications.

Develop solutions that empower fault, performance, configuration, and network management functionalities.

Build cloud-native, secure, highly available, and scalable services.

Diagnose production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive performance enhancements.

Participate in CI/CD implementation, automated testing, deployment, and provide operational support.

Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Essential skills include strong Core Java proficiency (Java 8/11/17+), hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.

A solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and REST API development is required. Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures is crucial.

Familiarity with Telecom NMS/EMS platforms and network management systems is essential, along with knowledge of OSS/BSS architecture and telecom operations.

Proficiency in databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is necessary. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift is a must.

Skills in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, along with build tools like Maven, Gradle, and version control with Git, are mandatory.
