Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Build high-performance REST APIs and backend services for Telecom NMS/EMS and OSS platforms. Implement event-driven applications with Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and network analytics. Actively participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and technical reviews. Integrate applications seamlessly with network elements, inventory systems, OSS platforms, and third-party telecom applications.

Develop comprehensive solutions to support fault, performance, configuration, and network management functions. Deploy cloud-native, secure, highly available, and scalable services. Conduct thorough troubleshooting of production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive performance enhancements. Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation, automated testing, deployment, and operational support. Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Mandatory skills include strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8/11/17+), hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security. Demonstrated experience in Microservices Architecture and REST API development is essential. A strong understanding of Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures is required. Experience with Telecom NMS/EMS platforms and network management systems is crucial, along with knowledge of OSS/BSS architecture and telecom operations. Familiarity with networking technologies and telecom protocols, as well as relational databases like Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, is necessary. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift is a must. Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and build tools like Maven, Gradle, along with version control using Git, is also mandatory.
