A seasoned Techno-Functional Manager with extensive experience in technology and the financial services sector is sought. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with business stakeholders, deeply understanding requirements, and partnering with technology teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Essential functional skills include strong stakeholder management, proven business analysis and requirement gathering capabilities, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and proficiency in creating business and functional documentation.
Technical acumen should encompass working knowledge of Java-based applications, a foundational understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Risk, or Compliance is highly desirable, with a preference for candidates who understand financial products, workflows, or regulatory processes.
Required technical proficiencies include Java (Core Java 8+), Java Multithreading, Microservices, DevOps tools (GitLab, Github, Bitbucket), Message-Oriented Middleware (JMS, ActiveMQ, RabitMQ, Kafka, SQS, ASB), Java Middleware (Springboot), OOPS Concepts, Cloud (AWS specific services like VPC, Route 53, DirectConnect, Security Groups, ACL), Financial Services domain knowledge, JPA, and Unit Testing.
