Define and advance enterprise application architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Lead key technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architect robust distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems. Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and secure development practices. Mentor and lead engineering teams, fostering collaboration across departments and with stakeholders. Drive the implementation of non-functional requirements, including observability, security, and disaster recovery. Oversee architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives. Design and implement enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with leadership to align engineering efforts with organizational strategy. Promote DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps.

This role requires 8-10 years of experience, with a strong command of OOPS Concepts, Data Structure, Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, Java 8+, JPA, Hibernate, Kafka, Git Hub, MS SQL, and Spring Boot with Spring Security (JWT).

Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD Basics, and Gen AI is considered an advantage.
