Lead Java development initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Guide development teams through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Possess a Computer Science or related educational background.

Demonstrate at least 5 years of overall professional experience.
