As a Lead Java Engineer, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization and cloud-native adoption.

Key duties include architecting distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems, establishing engineering standards, and leading engineering teams through collaboration. You will drive the implementation of non-functional requirements like scalability and security, and lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Java Lead with 9-10 years of professional experience.
