Lead the design and development of robust, scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for complex distributed systems. Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services with a focus on clean architecture and secure coding practices. Optimize application performance through advanced techniques like caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization. Take full ownership of end-to-end module delivery, including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication for enhanced system scalability and resilience. Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to boost operational efficiency. Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks with detailed root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions. Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging, and modern Java development practices.

Requires 8-10 years of experience in Java development. Essential skills include Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, Java 17+, Hibernate, JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, Spring Boot & Spring Security (JWT), and PL/SQL.
