Lead the definition and execution of enterprise-level Java application architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. Guide strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption. Architect robust distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with business objectives.

Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks. Drive the implementation of non-functional requirements such as scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery. Conduct architecture reviews and technical discussions to ensure future-ready application ecosystems. Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy and drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization practices. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural gaps.

A strong technical leader with expertise in Java 17+, Microservices, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA. Proven ability to define and drive enterprise-level architecture, guiding strategic technical decisions and architecting distributed systems.

Experience in establishing engineering standards, governance practices, and reusable frameworks. Skilled in leading engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and driving the implementation of non-functional requirements. Ability to conduct architecture reviews, lead modernization initiatives, and collaborate effectively with leadership and enterprise architects.

Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization is essential. Experience with middleware like Java Middleware and API (SOAP, REST), development tools like Maven, and version control systems such as GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket. Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL packages and Java caching solutions (Redis/Memcache/Hazlecast) is also required.
