As a Lead Java Engineer, you will define and drive enterprise application architecture using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will lead strategic technical decisions for application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

Key duties include architecting distributed systems, establishing engineering standards, and leading cross-functional teams. You will also drive the implementation of non-functional requirements, lead architecture reviews, and design enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Collaboration with leadership is essential to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy, alongside driving adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization practices.

This role requires 8-10 years of experience and expertise in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), Microservices, and REST APIs. Proficiency in JPA, Kafka, Git Hub, MongoDB, and Oracle is mandatory.

Essential technical skills include JUnit for backend unit testing, Data Structures, OOPS Concepts, and designing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications. You should possess strong technical leadership, the ability to balance delivery accountability with technical excellence, and a talent for building and mentoring high-performing teams. Effective collaboration with stakeholders and driving engineering excellence through governance and automation are also critical.
